We were very lucky to have been gifted this beautiful River-House to stay in over the weekend by Shaun’s Aunt.
The house itself was absolutely beautiful and the views were extraordinary, so we did not even need to leave the house if we did not want to!!
Chincoteague is a serene Island located on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. It was only a 30 minute drive from the river-house which was really perfect and meant that we could fill the whole weekend with plenty of fun.
We visited the beach…
We ate in the cutest of places…
We took a boat around Assateague Island…
And ended our trip with lunch at the Inn at Perry Cabin…
